What do you do on a Wednesday night?
WHAT HAPPENS IN A MORRIS YEAR?

There is more to the Morris year than just those balmy Summer months! Yes, the mainstay may be dancing at pubs and the odd fete. Any Morris side, or the individuals within it, can find themselves fully occupied all year round – if they so wish...

From festivals to Village Fetes, or trips abroad to local ceilidhs, there's a lot of things to do out there, many of which a whole side may get involved in, and many of which individuals can go along to with either the intention of participating, observing or just chilling out in a convivial atmosphere. Woodside's Foreman, Dave Pearse, is an expert instructor, having trained Morris Dancers, both new and experienced, for over twenty years, as well as being a folk dancer of nearly four decades' experience.

During the Winter, Woodside Morris Men meet at 8.00pm on Wednesday nights in the Colne River Rooms at the Pump House Arts Centre Watford. You would be most welcome to come along.
