St Leonard's Village Fete 2007

Well, the weather always seems to shine on the St Leonards Village Fete, and it certainly didn't let them down this year. Woodside rolled up to the White Lion for lunch and a pint, whilst the younger members of our party warmed themselves up in the Lion's play area. Then it was on to the Fete, where we did two sets, as well as having a go on a number of the Fete's many stalls. The penalty taking competition proved very popular, though we are reluctant to give the final results!

As well as dancing, Woodside Morris Men also provided a couple of other forms of entertainment for the St Leonard's throng. We also provided a little musical entertainment in the hall, as well as Simon, once again, bringing along his old bone shaker bike, over a hundred years old, which the Morris Men and a number of the Fete's visitors had a go on.
