Woodside Ale, 28 January

Another successful session of food, drink and dance, held at the Sarratt Village Hall.

Greet the Dawn, 1 May

The traditional Morris celebration of the May Day dawn. Woodside will be dancing once again in Cassiobury Park at 5.00am! We look forward to seeing you there. We're already scheduled to dance at the Papermill, Apsley, at 12.30pm and are looking to add a school performance for the morning.

London Southbank Tour, 10 May

Our tradtional afternoon spent touring the pubs of the Southbank. Starting near Borough Market and moving up towards the Founder's Arms.

Wimborne Folk Festival, 13-15 June

Woodside will be dancing the weekend at the Wimborne Folk Festival, with a spectacular array of Morris sides. The festival takes over the whole town, and features Morris dancing, folk dancing, ceilidhs, childrens events, market stalls and more. Worth a trip down to sunny Dorset any day.

Weekend Away, tour of Bath, 29-31 August

Woodside's 2008 Weekend Away will take place in and around the magnificent city of Bath. The finer details are yet to be confirmed, but will include dancing in the town and at one or two pubs in the local area.

Cycling Tour, Tring to Apsley on the Grand Union Canal
Sunday 7 September

Woodside are taking the daring step of combinging Morris dancing, the Grand Union Canal and a bunch of bycycles. You can throw in a few pubs too!! We look forward to an inevitable dunking at some stage during the afternoon, the only question is, how many will get wet!!
